i realy want to cause i am a big fan of this server and it is realy fun i  realy want b people to stop being bad and be good and loyal to u guys :)

First, you have to be trusted to apply for staff.
Also, I would add a little more to your application. Usual around 5/6 paragraphs.
Try looking at others for inspiration.

*EDIT* Also, you just joined this month, you've got a long way to go. And according to my staff you've griefed the server. And this is probably the worst jrmod app i've ever seen. JS, check out the others that have made staff and see. This basically needs to be a RESUME selling your self and your abilities.
