Why do you deserve a warp?: Cause its a sky city.
If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: Has villagers, beet farm, cows, enchantment and alchemy center, parkour (may be advanced). Has a maximum of 24 plots and some are taken already. Trusted and Above are the only ones allowed to this warp. The city has been cut off from the bottom with walls making it hard to get in.

Hey Hal,
Two things:
1) Please grass in all the plots, someone is gonna slip off and die... I already did.
2) You do need a town rule board before we can approve this.
Otherwise, love the minecart system, library and the cool stuff down below!

3 Months of no activity in this thread so I'm locking it for now, but please Hal if you do make the changes above feel free to PM a staff member to either unlock this thread or make a new one as I really like the warp :) Thanks
