These two have been a general nuisance and refuse to speak English though they are capable. It's getting annoying.
I am not sure if they have griefed (I cannot even translate what is being said), but "grief" was mentioned in there somewhere, so thay may be worth looking into.
I do not really care about bans, but it would be nice to see them at least have a formal warning since they do not care to listen to non-staff. I have linked them to the rules on the forums but they do not care. I have just switched to ignoring them. Thank you in advance. It has been going on for about 20 minutes now.
