Mod/Admin who banned you: MegaScary2

Reason you were banned: "For Using X-ray"

Reason you believe you should be unbanned: I have never used X-ray and never will, the only mods i have installed are armour gui and the minimap that pax said i could use as long as i wasn't on pvp. therefor I believe that I should be unbanned. I admit to having a cave mode on my minimap, which shows caves with light already in them. But I have never used X-ray at all and never plan on it. If my map is an issue then ill remove it. very sorry about that

i have voxel (which pax told me i could use in vanilla)
Gammabright (which i have now uninstalled)
and armour gui (which is harmless)

i will remove voxel right now and only use armour gui. I haven't used X-ray, voxel and gamma are all

I will talk to Pax and ask why I was not informed of this decision to grant you permission to use VoxelMap.

Oh and btw.....we aren't on vanilla anymore. So you should probably uninstall it. bounce

I don't care if you need to remove all my items and builds to allow me back on. I have now removed all mods and will never use them again on oasis

Don't look at me. This isn't my ban. This is Mega's ban. She will do what she thinks is best. I cannot comment on how your ban appeal will turn out for you as I was not the one who issued the ban.

Regardless, I am very disappointed with you right now. I never expected ANY of this to happen.

I am sorry Mad, I didnt intend to break the rules but I should have asked before adding mods. I take all responsibility and if you feel i deserve a temp ban I would take that. So please Mega consider all that I wrote. I didn't use X-ray and I removed all my mods. I am sorry about what I've done, and thank you for letting me know that I did something wrong.

Let me post a section from our full rules here.

a. Banned Modifications
-Xray (this includes xray texturepacks)
-Zombe's Client Modifications pack.
-FullBright.
-ZANS minimap

Any other modifications that give you an unfair edge over other players are also not allowed. Please note that using these can result in a kick, temp-ban, permanent-ban, and/or IP ban.

The above clearly states that two of the mods that you were using are banned mods. You may not have been using X-ray, but you used Fullbright and VoxelMap. VoxelMap is a part of ZANS. I am not accepting this appeal.

So after think over this and talking to my fellow staff members I have reached a decision to lessen this from a perma ban to 3 months. You will be stripped of your donor privileges when you get back and you will be demoted to member until staff feels that they can trust you again.
