Why do you deserve JrMod status? What sets you apart from the other players and would make you a good part of the staff?: I deserve staff because I would be on for most of the day. Also I don't play on other servers. As well as that I would help anyone!!!!!!!! Stuff that sets me apart is that I have been staff (Head-Staff Admin and mod) on many servers before I found Oasis.!!

Do not lie about who vouches for you. I know for a fact those people did not tell you they'd vouch.

With that being said, this is also incredible short and lacking in effort and material. You need to sell yourself in this, you should tell all of what you think would help you in this situation (as long as you are actually telling the truth). Even though activity helps, it isn't all we are looking for. And most people in the community are willing to help people. 

What we look for is maturity, active in the server AND in the community, friendly and cool-headed, etc. Also, you can look to the current staff, or the new staff, to see what qualities we look for in a staff member. 

I'm not going to lock this yet, but I will if it gets out of control. Remember: If y'all have nothing good to say, don't say it. So don't leave criticism without it being constructive.
