When "/seen neon_knight" was typed in, it came back as "player not found". That means either you play under a different name, or you have not logged in since the last update.
 
If it is the second reason, we do not promote inactive players.

We don't recommend people make applications after giant gaps of inactivity, given it's a community based server.
For example, If I retired from staff today, fell off the face of the earth for about a year, came back, and immediately applied for staff again, it wouldn't go very well.  Most people wouldn't know who I was, and the ones that did know who I was would just tell me to be more active first.

That being said, If you stay active this app could go somewhere. I'll take some time and get to know you for a bit before deciding on vouch.

When you logged in a few days ago, it was the 1st time you were on Oasis since the update. Inactive people do not get promoted. You need to spend a couple months of being active before a application for Veteran, otherwise there is really almost no chance of getting it. Even though you were pretty nice when you were on, I will not vouch due to the lack of playing at all until a couple days ago.

This guy logged in a few days ago so he does play the server and vouch. 

Yeah, it seems you just came back from some inactivity, I suggest maybe just letting this app sort of hide for a bit, then get active for a good month and edit it, bump it and try again! Anyways, good luck!
