Why do you deserve Guide status? What sets you apart from the other players and would make you a good part of the staff?:

Well I've been part of the Oasis community for a long time. I have made countless friends and memories on the server and I plan to make even more. Oasis means a lot to me and I want to be able to help make it even better. I first created OCS to help people with projects, towns, and other things in order to make the server a better place. Although some people thought I was being a slave to people, I didn't mind it because I was able to help some people. Also, I'm a pretty mature player when it comes to serious matters and most of my joking around goes in teamspeak. I also have staff experience from another server I have moderated. This means that I know how to use World Edit and LogBlock. I would also like to help in anyway possible with PvP.

In the end, if I'm not promoted to guide it's not the end of the world for me. I'm still going to be active and still going to keep playing.

You dont really play enough and you mostly play PVP but no vouch from me

^I've seen osga help people's with builds and other things besides just being pvp king :\
Some people love pvp, some don't play pvp at all and just build, some do both pretty equally... playing one thing or the other doesn't really deprive you of experience and being active in the community :\

I must vouch for this, Osga is a great player, easy to get along with, and of course, very helpful. It would be nice if you played just a bit more often though.

I was very happy to see this in the recent topics, we have basically been on oasis the same amount of time and I have known you for a lot of that time. You are part of the OCS so ofc you are already helping lots of people, recently though I have seen you in pvp world more than smp world, don't know if that's bad timing on my behalf but I would like to see you in smp more.

But as one of my long term oasis friends who has helped countless people.

Osga has been helping people the whole time I've been on Oasis. He's the kind of guy who drops whatever he's doing to help other people, which is exactly what a Guide needs to be willing to do at any moment.

Playing pvp more or playing smp more doesn't derive anyone from experience and helping the community. He even has an SMP group called OCS that helps people with builds and other things (in fact, he just helped me and cynder yesterday on a city build).

It's true.. Anyways, Osga shows what a good staff member is.. He would drop out of his way to help someone, he's always on the lookout for someone in need. He has been here Twice as long as I have and he had a million times more experience than I do.. Just to sum it up, Osga is an amazingly epicly awesome player who fits a staff member greatly!

He's talking about netherpro, guys. If you actually read all the posts and observed that there was an argument like 2 posts earlier, netherpro was the one highlighted with the spotlight and he's the one that also has his age set as 22 and needs to learn to spell. Now that that's settled we can get back onto the actual application. Osga, good luck with the app.
