I caught him stealing my crops, although he did replant them again. I'll let u guys decide his fate

Well, imo at least a warning for taking stuff that isn't his. But he replanted it all. So I don't see the problem actually.

But he should've asked first.

Agreed, I don't think it calls for a ban or anything, but people rarely take non-staff people's warnings seriously.
