Why do you deserve Guide status? What sets you apart from the other players and would make you a good part of the staff?: Over the entire year and few months that I've been here, I have helped and made friends with the many people that have been on this server. Some came and went, and others were unfortunately banned. I have gained a good understanding on how some people think to evade certain trouble, and I am willing to enforce the rules fairly upon those people; also, through all of the laughing and trolling that I share with everybody on oasis, over time I have grown in maturity and understanding of how things work around here. If I do make guide, I realize that I will be spending less of my time building and playing around on the server as I would usually do, but I want to help the server. There have been plenty of times where griefers have been going around and destroying buildings and towns without any staff on, and I just want to make them stop, but I have no power in doing so. I hope that I can make this server better for everyone who plays on it. Thank you.

He has been veteran for a while now i think he should get this

I would prefer to see jawell as an architect. He is a great builder. But he has great potential as staff. Vouch.

Jawell is quite mature, and he has similar interests to chair (for instance chairs) and chair is guide and chair and Jawell would make good guilde couples lol, and yeh.

Yes, and Jawell chose to apply for Guide. This was his decision.

jawell is a amazing builder but i think he would be a great staff member for oasis to have .so my point is i have no idea..i found out its a

2. You do realise Jawell was promoted to Architect. Most of the time (Not most, because of people such as chair) Architects don't go to staff.
