Why do you deserve Guide status? What sets you apart from the other players and would make you a good part of the staff?:
Today I celebrate 1 whole year on oasis smp, and it has probably been one of the best years of my life, not just because of minecraft, but i've met so many new friends and learnt so many new things. As well as in real life oasis has brought so many new friends who I would never have otherwise met. I believe that I deserve guide status as I love to help players always try to put others before me, call me a geek but I know all of the oasis rules and regulations and daily have to tell new players about them, I suppose in a way I already treat oasis as a staffing job, I make sure to come on everyday to check everyone is alright and if anyone needs anything and I usually help people, comment on their builds and apply the rules to newer players. I have a great time on oasis smp everyday and have only missed 10 days of oasis in this year. Again, i count for the reason of I don't want to miss out on the wonderful oasis community. In the time i have been on this server I have gotten to know players and staff alike and have met some really great people. It would be an absolute honour to join the staffing team as a guide and I would love to progress as staff through the ranks. I understand the responsibilities of staffing and know a lot about how servers run, commands etc. I often assist the staff members ahah! That is why I believe I would make a good addition to the oasis smp staffing team but, Its not my decision if I get guide; It is up to the current staff and I want them to know how much it would mean to me if I was announced as guide. Apart from jumping up and down in my living room through excitement It would make me so happy as I have always dreamed of staffing oasis. I realised that after not very long when I realised how great the server, and more importantly, its community is. I have always been interested in computers and ICT, when I was very young I was on my computer playing games, and more recently I have got into a lot of programming and study it at school. This helps me with learning how MC servers work etc. I also know how to use all the plugins such as WE and LB. I believe I am 100% ready for this opportunity and in the original version of this application lots of you said that I hadn't had veteran etc long enough. Well I suppose i didn't really think that through and understand what you were saying now. I thing though that I have waited long enough and in that fairly short amount of time the desire to become guide has built up inside of me, so please consider me as an official applicant to become Guide level on oasis SMP. IMO, owning a server and being staff on 3 others is somewhat irrelevant. It only means you won't have more time dedicated to Oasis. Also, we don't know how polished or highly-regarded these servers are. They could just be shitholes where any average Joe could get a staff rank.

Dude, I understand that I'm the one to talk, but you dont have to bump your post with the amount of vouches you have.

Revilo would make a great guide. He actually cares about the server, and is willing to do a lot to make it a better place. He is a good friend and good guide.
