Stealing houses false

Reason you were banned : stealing houses
Reason you believe you should be unbanned for: I think I should be unbanned because two guys stole stuff from my chest and they stole my bed ok. Then when I went I the server on Friday my house chest and stuff was destroyed and I mean everything so I took the bits left of my house then I remembered the house you thought I stole but really the creator of the house put signs down and they said this house is ugly destroy by September 5. So I took it because I didn't want to destroy it and rebuild it so I claimed the house so no one would destroy it then I found out there was a staircase leading to a big huge cave filled with diamonds and iron so I went down into it and got some iron and stuff with diamonds. So then I went outside to play football with my friends unaware you guys would ban me and I knew the rules I read them when I spawned. So I knew the rules and I claimed the abondoned house I really hope you guys will let me back on the server!
