Banned for no reason

So, can someone please remove jeriaus's moderator rights? he's a horrible mod.

I'll tell you the reasons you were banned, and you may post a response in rebuttal.

You were banned primarily for the strong accusations of you griefing by one of our trusted players, digger8048. Secondarily, you were found with 45 diamonds and diamond armor in your inventory, after only having played here for a couple days max. While it is possible you mined all these diamonds, it's far more likely that you have been using some sort of x-ray mod or that you stole them.

Reiterating: the diamonds are less of a big deal than the griefing.

ok you have some points, but he still has no proof i did anything and for all anyone knows santa clause could have given me them diamonds, it's not really fair is it?

ya i deny them, look up diamond level its the easiest way to get diamonds

It's digger's word against yours. digger's been playing here for months. I really don't think he would lie about something like this just to get a new person banned for no reason.
