If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited? we may add a town here but it will be more houses then stores etc

ehh i truly have a question how are you able to get this to work correctly like charge will the surronding be made out of bed rock so it cant be grief and i don't want this to sound mean but like how are you able to do this!?!?!
