How often do I plan to play on this server? Every weekend for an hour per day at least.

He hasn't done anything wrong and deserves the membership rank.

Meybe, but I think he should play longer than 3 days.

I deserve to be a member because I want to be able to make nice buildings and help others out if they have been griefed.
I also want to be more of a part of the Oasis community.

Honestly, You don't deserve it my friend. No, I'm not trying to be a Complete Dick, But I don't know what Members can spawn with /kit or w/e but, You can't give away items even if someone has been griefed, server rules, also you might wanna make another application in a week or so....And, You don't put "I deserve to be a member because" You put something like "I believe I deserve to be member because," And you don't make nice building just because you can spawn items, You make nice buildings because of your creativity.
