ban appeal

hey cause it be cause im in united kingom. I promise i do not know what speed hacking is. I would do anything for this server i havent played mineraft for weeks cause i was banned so please un bann me

user does not have a general understanding of rules and was a constant small offender but I have never seen him do anything malicious and he isnt the malicious type. I am going to give his unban cause an Unban bump but make sure he does Not leave spawn or get unbanned until he promises he has read all of the rules as a stipulation?!
