You have made 3 different threads about the same ban from kingnothing about your speed hacking.

I do not know if you were hacking or not, but I do know that you showed the same childish whining behavior on the server as you have on these forums. You are a guest because you wouldn't shut the fuck up about your applications, and now you're banned by ME because you won't shut the fuck up about your applications OR your previous ban.

By the way, if you think you really have a chance at appealing this ban, then use the proper form, you wonderful, adorable, sweet, innocent child.

He is correct, Although it is kind of sad that you made Jeriaus swear.....I've never seen him swear or the like....So, May God bless you survive....

I think that we should unban him, and my reasons are:

1) Yes he may be whining, but you guys all know when you were smaller you loved to talk to others. I have a little brother and he talks constantly non-stop, and when i was smaller my older brother said i was annoying. ma234 may be a younger kid who is like the other little kids who loved to talk. Correct me if im wrong you guys were all there at 1 point, so you should give him another chance.
2) You may have told him multiple times to stop whinning, and I am pretty sure he didn't mean to spam. If you told him something like: "We will ban you if you whine once more." this would work better because he probaly doesnt want to get into any trouble. And that would work much better than "Shut up and Stop whinning." or something similar to that.
3) EVERYONE has made mistakes. He has clearly made a mistake, and, in my opinion, the best way in learning is by making mistakes. So if we unban him we may see him learn from his mistakes. If not go ahead and ban him.

I'm not sure I would call it whining. Although I will admit that he was better off bumping his first post rather than making new ones, he has a point, no one gave him a difinative yes or no on his return from ban. In fact, Berezur still has an unanswered question about the facts of the banning in ma234's original post (https://oasis-smp.forumotion.com/t886-i-got-banned).

And Jer, I get along with you and I think your a nice guy from what I can tell in game, but this:

He's been banned *multiple* times.

And I have no idea where you quoted that from.

Please unban him. He is my god brother i didnt know he played this server until now but i cannot let it go without. He is a nice kid and he like talking to people yet it can be annoying. please unban him. If he keeps doing something i will tell him to stop it.

He was banned more than three months ago, we aren't changing our minds now.
