What should I build here?

So, I found an awesome patch of land in SP that looks like this:


And it looks like it has a lot of potential for an epic build. So, what should I build on this promising patch of land?

A mountain mounted super mansion. Within the mountain, you have a home. And different rooms are poking out the sides with window.

Also. Seed. Co-Ords. Now.

For Zwall: The seed was a word one, forgot which one,(but I'm pretty sure it's called ohnoshedidnt) but the number seed is -303707481 and I'll get back to you on the coordinates, because y'know when you press f3 on an old computer, the spiky stat bar thing gets in the way of everything? I barely had any time to memorize the seed before it covered everything all up D:

Just take a screen shot or a picture with your iPod/iPad/iPhone/camera/yourmotherscamera/yourgrandpappysinstantphoto/

Forget about mansions- build an abandoned temple on an island in the grotto and cover it with vines. Surround it with willow trees and have old rotten wood bridges across the mountains. Cover everything with vines and use an old looking texture pack with a mellow feel.

That, actually, is an excellent idea. The image kinda reminds me of the different dungeons on the Aether mod.

Y=112

I'm pretty sure you only need the first 3 numbers of the co-ords, but correct me if I'm wrong, and I'll post more of the numbers.
