this is rlly starting to piss me off (plz read)

the reason that i am pissed off is because i sent in a post that was "innapropiate" and i got banned from forums, you know, not a big deal, but then i try to log into oasis and i am fuckin banned, its no big deal but the thing that really started to piss me off is that i sent in posts asking to leave feedback, but no, nobody does cuz u guys fkn hate me now, now i send in a ban appeal but yet nobody reads that either, like srsly wtf guys, i donated 50 bucks to that server and im not going to get banned and lose that over something i did in stupidity, so plz fkn just go look at my ban appeal if u even care.

Have you not seen the replies on your appeal?

1. Just because you donate does not mean you have special privileges.
2. People donate to keep the server up, not to get perks.
3. Perks are used to encourage donation.

i know, im not saying i get special stuff, im just saying i dont wanna lose 50 bucks bcuz i cant even play, u get what im saying?, im saying like if i cant play, thats pretty much losing 50 dollars

Then you should have acted more mature and not post pictures of that nature.

That's taking it to a whole 'nother level. Vandalizing a car does financial damage. What he did didn't really cause too much harm.

Noah i'm pretty sure you care but the ban should not last really this long the post was wrong but i don't think it requires this long of punishment. It was a bad thing like i said but i don't think it should be this bad.

also another thing, people grief the server and send in a ban appeal and they get unbanned, but i do something on the forums, which can be deleted and i dont even get unbanned = wtf

Indeed this is true, but when said banned player starts taking an attitude, similar to what you have taken, then do you really think that's going to happen?

i know if talking in an attitude wont get me anywhere, all i wanna do is get unbanned

While the "level" of the statement might not be the same, I feel that Broad's analogy is still a valid comparison. I do "wrong", I get caught, claiming stupidity does not justify wrong doing.

... is not the type of attitude I would like to see on our server. If you are upset I can understand, it happens to us all. However it's important to keep a level head and try to resolve the issue in a rational manner. Send a private PM to a staff member you trust asking for help. Don't post swear words and make statements you'll regret later on public forums.

This post is really getting heated up.

My post wasn't suppose to be looked at by a moral or financial standpoint, I was saying that no matter what action you do that causes consequences, you will have to face them. It's not so much the fact that he posted one pornographic image. Okay, it's a mistake. But it's more of that he actually made a second account after he was banned and posted another pornographic image. That kind of leads me to want him to stay banned for a while.

Obviously he didn't care about the rest of the people that are on the server AND the server's rules. Honestly, If I was a parent and saw what any other person may have saw, I would not let my 12< kid play on this server anymore.

Oh, and IMO, Emotional damage has higher priority over financial damage. Ask bonnie about some pictures she's gotten over skype, it's basically the same thing here except less personal.

Guys. Can we seriously come to a decision about this? This thread isn't going anywhere anytime soon. I'm locking this down until further notice.
