So I learned about a new mod called "Minema" and it allows you to record HD minecraft gaming at 30fps for me! The best part is: My graphics card is integrated and I cant even run minecraft normally on 30fps! It works by slowing down your game to the point that it can record each frame individually and create a really good mp4 video. The speed of recording in game depends on your specs. For me, my in-game FPS was about at 1 the whole time. (Hence the jerky movements). I am not sure how to lower the video FPS yet, its my first time. The grueling 40 minute recording time payed off though. I managed to make an HD, 30 FPS, video using Intel HD 2000 (integrated) graphics!
