Length: Perm until issue resolved

Reason: Player admitted to me that he had creative and teleport. I told him guests do not have creative, but that has been a glitch on our server before, so I explained that I would have to temp ban him until we fixed it. He kept saying over and over that he turned creative off, but I did not want to take a chance on letting a guest run free with creative. I promised him that if we solved the problem, I would unban him. On the flip side, he could just be a bloody liar.
