Mod/Admin who banned you: Davidmich

Reason you were banned: possession of flint and steal and setting the spawn on fire.

Reason you believe you should be unbanned: i was moving my items from one of my chests to another one. when suddenly i found flint and steel in my chests. (and also some other items were missing, probably stolen)
so i thought i would move the flint and steel too.
and then sudenly taccypoo and davidmich appeared in my house and set me on fire.
after the fire killed me, i was banned. I never used the flint and steel!

Why in hell would two members of staff do that

I didn't ban her. What I did see was a player with banned items, who went around setting fires, and not complying with staff, who banned this person after they would not give the items over.

(tl;dr, she didn't comply with staff, or server rules)

Powergirl - you said you never used the flint and steal, but just a few lines before said you were banned for

For setting something (that wasn't yours) on fire you would have been banned, for possession and not complying to staff when asked about it would have probably led to a kick first, then if still no comply a ban.

She was told that was a reason why she was banned, she didn't actually do it though.

Just to be clear on this, she DID have flint and steel. There was a lot of fires around spawn, and Pyro said Power did it. David and I tp'd to find a used flint and steel in her chest. The ban was only until she appealed, and now she has. Unbanned. <3

seems fair enough to me, especially if she didn't actually set fire to anything :P

Just don't have flint and steel again :P
