According to this post by "m_park21" I was griefing.

"i was flying around the under water village and banned muff muncher and jpwoods for griefing the glass wall jpwoods was pretty sever in the griefing and muff muncher was only a couple entrances"

I have never griefed this server nor have I have I been on it for a long time. Only until now decided to go back on and this "person" uses me as a scapegoat. I have no recollection of his statement that being "I was Griefing". Please reconsider this Appeal to which I was unfairly banned.

This ban occurred several months ago, when I was still on staff.

You were logged in our "big brother" plugin as griefing an area of the underwater city.

We would not have banned you if the plugin had not given us undeniable evidence of griefing.

I believe the ban stands.
