I dont know if im banned or not but it says user returned HTTP response code : 503 for URL http://www.minecraft.net/game/joinserver..jsp?user=JFrocks&session ID

That link is broken.

And no, a 503 error does not mean you are banned, it would say "You are banned"

503 error is a 'currently unavailable' error. I have no clue why that would be.

minecraft.net has been very off. The creator, Notch, has been having issues with his servers.
