Reason you believe you should be unbanned:I wasn't "Badmouthing" the server, i was simply stating that I don't believe that the admins/staff on here give players that are lower ranks the respect that they deserve. Now, what really ticked my off was that King jumped into my conversation between me and faststang about fast coming on skype, King said " We have teamspeak for a reason"...I know we have teamspeak, ive been on the server for more than a year.. Anyways, the reason i'd rather use skype is that 1. you dont get innerupted every time you speak, 2. people dont try to join in on your conversations. Now, im not saying that ALL the staff dont show respect, just the ones that think they're everyone's leader. So, i'd rather you'd unban me, but im fine if you dont feel i deserve it. Anyways,

No you are not being unbanned because you were really bad mouthing the server and the staff (which is against the rules mind you) saying how you could go without the server for a couple of weeks or months.

For the skype thing which i find it quite weird why you would be mad over that but your logic with skype not interrupting people is illogical since skype does not have push to talk and team speak does. Also you did poke me in teamspeak saying you mad then when i changed channels to speak with you telling you that i am not mad are you you said you were not then left. Shortly after you came back on then left right away.

If you think your life is just so hard since so many people apparently don't treat with respect then you act out like a little child then you can leave good sir.

Yeah, now that i think of it, I was really being a dick.... i was mad in the first place because i lost my dog thismorning, didnt find her till 10, so thats part of the reason i was pissy

WHAT? Really? A permaban for "boudmouthing the server" in my opinion is very uncalled for. Now let me ask, was PPalanco "boudmouthing" the staff, or just voicing his oppinion in a very loud way (or just bad mouthing kingnothing)? Did you ever consider muting him hmm? Or what about temporarily banning him from team speak O.o Are drastic measure necessary? I would go for the temp ban solution, if PPalanco did truly "badmouth the server" , then a temp ban is the farthest I would go and would be an understandable solution, a perma ban would be uncalled for, and it would leave the possibility of bias because of personal dislike open. I hope I didn't offend anyone. (And since I have very little idea of what happened, I must mention that the staff must also respect the player, because without players, there would be no staff, and therefore no server).

Man, I hate to be a stick-in-the-mud, but unfortunately, the staff are all-powerful in these matters. If they banned you, it is usually for a reason.

Mostly, I dont question bans, but I think a perm ban is a liitle too far, maybe (as Panda said) 1-7 days away from Oasis would set him straight.

This is by far the stupidest and most petty ban ive seen in a while. The next time someones banned for swearing or badmouthing, try screenshotting so everyone can see in context rather than having to guess. I dont think its ban worthy at all, perhaps a warning.

I lol'd at this. If PP was perma banned fot that then i should be perma banned too, lol. A day would do just fine.

This seems to be way more personal than professional. A day's ban is more than enough IMO, unless we get some screenshots of Ppol being really bad, in which case we should bump it up to a week, tops.

1 day, 3 days at the most would be good. This has been blown out of proportion as usual with king bans.

The one thing I do not like about this is that we have no proof of what was really said. How could we know if this ban was personal of professional? It is one of those, whos word are you going to take situations, usually, neither of them are completely correct and its really some mix of the two. Id honestly like to see some real proof (a screenshot or something), so everyone knows what is going on, the third person interpretation is always more accurate than the two first person ones.

I think 1 day is enough given the circumstances.
