Mod/Admin who banned you: Taccypoo

Reason you were banned: building my base underneath Taccypoo's castle

Reason you believe you should be un-banned: I was banned a few months ago now for "griefing" Taccypoo's castle. Look at my first appeal for details. Since then i have looked at other servers and none of them are as good as Oasis SMP I would therefore LOVE to come back. I have looked over the rules of this server and have found I was treated unfairly as the rules state that griefers must be warned, then kicked and THEN banned. I was banned without a kick or warning!

please let me back i have learned from my mistakes,

Although it was technically griefing, it obviously wasn't intentional destruction or anything that malicious. I'm down with unbanning him.
