Vouching protocal

As i understand it to vouch for a player is to essentially say you are confident they will be a model player meaning you trust in them to abide by all the server rules enough that you are willing to stake your own name on this ideal could some1 please correct me if i am mistaken because i have a habit of helping guests apply for membership if they have not already and they keep putting me down as a vouch and as stated above my understanding of vouch removes the possibility of me vouching for them simply because you cannot get to know a person well enough within the time it often takes to help them for them to qualify for a vouch as i understand it.

..Then write on their app you're not vouching for them at that time.
