i can be trusted because i don't grief, i like to help people, i give free stuff to people and i give free houses to people and i love to help people find who griefed there house

from the short time i have spoken with snowdrop he seems well mannered and willing to learn this is why i helped him apply for membership

I just don't think u should be a member. I'm sorry but from what I have seen, you don't really do anything except build for yourself and explore. You don't give away FREE tools because people always have to trade something for them and I have never seen you offer to build a house for someone. Wait a couple more weeks and be a better help to the Oasis community and then I will vouch but for now, I don't vouch for you to become a member.

He doesn't have to build houses for other people. The whole point of Minecraft is to build and explore, member helps players do this by giving them better tools. Members don't need to build houses for other people, or even talk. If it was a Guide app then yeah, you would need to help players, but even then staff aren't required to build for others.

as part of my resolution to correct this trend of people putting me down for vouch i did not vouch for this player. i do think this player has good manners and has shown a willingness to learn but did not vouch given my understanding of what it means to vouch for another player.
