Reason you were banned: Filling Keshaluvers House with cobblestone

Reason you believe you should be unbanned: Well i know the appeal forum says apply if you where wrongly banned, but I also know i really was'nt. I did grief and i got punished as i should have expected. I thought it would be taken less seriously at the time, but i guess we all have to face the facts, and for me at least learn the hard way. I hope i can come back to oasis and soon :), and I have a great idea for a house in 1.2 when bukkit updates. All in all, sorry kesh, sorry oasis. Love You Guys!

P.S. My grammer has really gone to hell since i left (a.k.a. got banned from) the server for some reason .....

I do see what you did was wrong, but it is a mistake you can learn from... i have no power here, but i do hope you can return soon :)

I understand James has a long history of joking with people, but this time he took it a little far. C'mon guys, I know this man irl, and I know that he knows when enough is enough. I'm almost certain James won't get into this kind of trouble ever again. Not after this....

Filling a house with cobble is definitely not enough for a perma ban, in my opinion. I can name several newer players who have done a lot more, and got a lot less than James has.

I think we may reconsider the perma part of the ban.

If you want to be technical, staff are in charge of bans and the vote was 2/3 for a permaban.

Also, I'd suggest you stay out of this before I change my mind about reconsidering.

nope clearly this kid wants to get technical so we should keep him perma banned since that is what he wants apparently :]

mick, for james's sake, shut up. you making this worse. ur like his best friend irl. say something that can BENEFIT him. getting "technical" does not qualify as helpful.

Guys reguardless of the terms under which I am banned, I am banned none the less, so the best thing you can do if you wish to help me get back, which I hope you do.....although it seems the staff didnt would be just to not worry about the circumstances as it is, and it will be if I am forced to sit back and do nothing about it, as well as if staff is annoyed as hell by this.......

The only person's opinion I care to hear on the matter is Broad's.
He banned him, so he will have the best perspective. As far as I'm concerned, it's up to him.

James, after some thinking, I think the best choice is to go against the majority vote. I would say an unban with a two week loss of all your donator abilities sounds more than fair. However, I'll get back to you on the final decision.

I do agree that a perma-ban is too harsh, but that in my opinion is letting him off too easy.

We need a middleground. I'd go with something like a 1 week ban extension and a formal, sincere apology to oasis and to Keshaluver. That's the best I can offer besides a perma-ban. Also, loss of powers isn't much of a punishment for griefing in my opinion.

You've been unbanned, and will be without your donator and rank powers for two weeks.
