Reason you were banned: umm i wasn't really banned for a reason (ill sort of explain it next)

Reason you believe you should be unbanned:ok my friend has several accounts i didn't know of he went on all and started screwing on them like saying #$%^#E$R%T^&#$%^& dick heads. and it ended up in a fight with king and superjminecraft (my friend) . my friend fessed up and eventually got banned along with me.... in the end i didn't know he was going to do this (seriously I DIDNT!) and i donated $50 out of my money (i don't have much money only like $200) and thats a big ask $50 but i did it because i love this server and coz of my friend screwing around all of it has gone to waste and now I'm starting to get a bad reputation. why should i be banned when it was my friend screwing up????????

anyway i hope to be unbanned otherwise screw everything!!!!!

I'm confused. I did in fact read it, but it seemed like a bunch of nonsense to me. Is there a real reason that you were banned? Whoever's in charge of this, or even Gazzy, give me a reason because this has gone on long enough.

I will not take sides until evidence is provided.

Please don't use "I've donated" as an excuse for an unban, we've banned donators before. Have you ever heard of Cloudkesh or Devildog? both donators both banned for doing something to no long let me to play on Oasis.

I just stumbled across this and I don't even know gazzy but anyone on his router would have the same IP address in fact anyone running off his ISP connection would. Spidermonkey2829 plays at my house with me all the time so it would show up as the two of us having the same IP. I'm not taking sides just pointing that out.

I'm not sure if it's him or his friend, that's the problem. The fact that Gazzy himself mentions alt accounts and stuff in his post just raised my suspicions. He could have easily made that account to get himself in the clear and shift all blame to super, and then again super cold just be round his house. Either way this is getting kinda confusing.

Unlocked. Someone provide proof. I'm not just going to sit here as someone is banned for almost no reason.

This is not fair. King Nothing banned us from the forum as well, and I am now here to make sure everyone knows the truth. After King Nothing found out our age, 11, he called us f***ing c**ts. Me and gazzy got banned be cause I said d**k. I dont like this logic. He is unfit to be an admin of any server! Also, I am certainly not gazzy, I am his friend. I was at his house. I am my own person, I run my own server from my own home with its own ip address. Hopefully you guys see why I created this multi, sorry about it, because when he found that the topic had been unlocked he banned us from the forum. Please try to understand that this multi was the right thing to do.

I don't care who banned you and for what reason, I just need evidence.

King, or anyone else, if you have evidence please provide it; Otherwise I don't see any reason for a ban.

I most certainly did not ban you and your friend under the circumstances that you are 11 i am little more logical than thou. If anything me insulting was caused by provoking me in which case is different from blatantly stating "dicks" in chat. You constantly trolled on the chat while we had our conversation if anything Kevo since you want your proof so bad just go look at the logs in the magical chat box on the forums and see what this kid was writing sure i may have been arguing back sure maybe that wasnt the best choice but it was mostly so i could try and settle the situation but because of these kids they just decided to slander my name as much as they could to make me look as if i am a poor admin, If you just go read the chat logs im sure everyone will get a good kick out of it.

Sadly the chat logs delete themselves so one cannot access them now. what a pity. If anything these kids were constantly insulting myself which is indeed also against the rules. At most all these kids were and are really doing at this point is immature trolling.

King, I didnt even state that you banned me for my age. But you even said that you were 30 or something and you are calling kids words like that? Man, you need to grow UP. No matter what reason, on my server my admins and staff say NOTHING like that. That word is where you should draw the line. Either way, if he can have a reason to say that and still be admin, I think that being stupid and without thinking saying d**k should just receive a warning or temp ban. And dont think banning me will stop me from trying to get what needs to be done done. You get my drift? Especially Gazzy should not be banned just because someone at his house said d**k. And with the age thing again, I was merely saying you knew our age and you still insisted on saying things like that. Good day.

EDIT: We tried to get a screenshot, but couldnt. I think that if you ask King he will admit it, I fessed up to logging in to another account and saying d**k, I am sure King could do something similar. Once again, good day.

1. This isn't your server so we don't really care
2. its in the rules "respect other players" that apply's to staff as well since they are still players
3. calling King a poor admin on the forums doesn't help your case out and shows you have no respect be shown
4. if you can't show respect to a player in the forums I seriously doubt you can show them in game
5. read the above over again, and then think about the things you call King or any other player and you'll understand why you were banned

I'm guessing he called you a "fucking cunt" after the fact, so he was just dishing out it before he banned you for disrespect. Also age has nothing to deal with language we use, its maturity so if your acting like a small child he's or anyone is going to treat you like a small child, and if its fine for you to use those kind of words expect others to use them against you.

This has been going on way to long. I've read over all of these posts thouroughly and this conversation is about time it ends. As I understand, both Gazzy and his friend insulted King, so he banned them. That's all I'm getting out of this... Think about that.

This is just way outa hand, he just needs to remain banned or be able to return with a strict set of rules for him, and his privileges revoked...

Super has done a wonderful job of hijacking this thread. This is Gazzy's ban appeal. Lets face it, Super doesn't have much of a chance of getting unbanned so idgaf about him. I suggest that we focus on Gazzy more, since it seems Super is the one in trouble, not the player making the appeal.

Just to clear this mess up:

Gazzy was online at about 10 PM EST on Sunday. Him and his friend, Superjminecraft, were both using the same IP, so either Gazzy was multi-accounting or had a friend over. There was no problems until the following happened. Two accounts logged on using the same IP, and starting spamming random characters and profanities like, "ageagr5hsa Dickfaces a95iq-w0gj." This confirmed my suspicion of Gazzy multi-accounting. However, superjminecraft claimed it was him that did it, and Gazzy was not in the wrong. Although it was an unlikely story, King had questioned them about it. Gazzy frantically claimed it was not him, and he "had no idea" about anything that happened. Then, he changed his story to something along the lines of, "superj was over my house, he's a friend." and superj said he, "just wanted to get those two accounts banned." The motive for doing so is questionable, at the least. They then proceeded to question their ban on the forums and ask for a refund for Gazzy's donation. When they were denied, they called King an ass and started trying to argue. King told them they would be banned permanently.

I believe the ban should be upheld, as Gazzy was literally unbanned THAT day. And, besides, the fact that he even said, "anyway i hope to be unbanned otherwise screw everything!!!!!" leads me to believe he would not have an acceptable attitude on the server.

After going through the evidence and seeing how Gazzy is constantly contradicting himself, i've decided that it's in the best interest to keep him banned and lock the thread. If you want to appeal this further, come back in a week or so.
