Reason you believe you should be unbanned: I really didn't mean to harass him as i was joking around and i believe getting your friends hard work wiped away by a new mod justifies profanity. Anyway i meant no harm just to joke around a bit but i guess he took it a bit to serious.

Oh he also only decided to ban me about an hour after this happened..

Sigh. I have to say, bugging someone constantly about a mistake is, in fact, harassment.

Let me be formal about this and why you were banned. Here is comes, ready?

Harassment: "engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome"

The example of what you were doing is quite obviously harassment, and here's why. It was about 10:00pm, as I recall, while the server was talking about what happened with the griefing and such. It was ultimately decided that Taccypoo made a mistake and that humans are, and never will be, perfect. I speak for everyone when I say that we forgave Taccypoo for making that mistake and we tried to end the conversation. It was at that time that you started making comments about how Taccypoo ruined the map. Kingnothing_01, a fellow staff member, told you not to make those comments because it would only stir up what had just been settled down. You knowingly continued to make the comment about Taccypoo and were then told why you were banned before being banned.

Summerizing it, you knowingly harassed Taccypoo about a mistake that had been already discussed with a 'vexatious comment'.

How You Broke The Server Rules:

You have broken the rules by disobeying an admin and disrespecting another player.

In law, there are two things needed for a crime. They are Mens Reas (The reason behind the crime) and Actus Reas (The act of the crime)
Mens Rea: Since you've pointed out that it was apparently a joke, you knowingly disrespected a fellow player after being warned by an admin not to. People don't always know if it's a joke.
Actus Reas: As stated above, disrespect.

I don't think I need to say much more. It's a one week tempban. It's not like you're permabanned or anything. In my opinion it should be somewhere around 3-5 days, but Kingnothing_01 is the one that banned you, so it's up to him to decide.

If you're still reading this, that is how I logicially justify your tempban.
If you're going to argue this further, please provide a logical argument and not one based on opinion.

I really had meant no harm to Luke I am sincerely sorry if i did harm to him. i had thought this was because of something else i had jokingly said to king but i see that it is not now. Again i am sincerely sorry if i dealt any damage to the mostly wonderful staff of oasis.

Also i was not even at my computer when i was banned when i came back to my comp it just said "come back in a week"

Well, not really. We have LB and WE failures all the time, i mean shit, i turned the entire map into lava. Just because we're staff doesnt mean we know everything. Sometimes mistakes have to be forgiven, im sure Taccy felt like shit even without your help. I think it would be best if you didnt bother appealing but came back in seven days.

you know how i do not like profanity and how i asked you to stop with the language and to stop insulting a fellow staff member. I would continue to go on but Kevo has already summed up everything quite well
