Not enough admins.....

It's not that there aren't enough, just they're never on when you need them. And they're on ALL the time, but no one ever needs them. so they figure ' hey no one needs me? great. goodbye.' then someone griefs(*cough* jacksam *cough*) and the staff are...... gone. Staff, you do a great job, when your on.

To be honest, it's not that "big" of a problem.
Sure griefers come on and mess stuff up, but as soon as a staff member is online, let them know.
They are more than happy to check it out with LB fix it, then ban the offender.
If you have a question for a Mod or Admin, send it to them via private message on the forums.
If it's a question you need answered now, then ask a higher ranking member such as a Veteran or Architect.
Some of our longer player Members are quite knowledgeable on a great number of problem you could have.

doesn't matter how knowledgeable a vet is, he still can't fix the grief. But your point is valid in terms of questions. Let's be clear on one more thing- I'm not bashing anyone. I'm merely stating how annoying it is to watch the staff not be able to do their job, then get off and have us need them. I'm sorry if you took that personnelly.

No need to apologize. I understand to an extent.
Problem is: We can't just make people staff for the sake of having more staff.
Each of our staff members is voted on by the current staff members at the end of the month (Promotions Time)
If we were to just make someone staff at anytime, or even make an excess of people staff at the appropriate time, it could turn out badly.

In the past, there were people who seemed trustworthy, so they were made staff rather quickly.
I won't go into full details, but they didn't turn out so well.
I get it, it's annoying to see someone grief and have no power over it.
Here's a few tips to help you out until a staff member is online:

-If you have tp abilities and you see a griefer at work, feel free to tp yourself to spawn, then tp them to you.
Continue this until either- A staff member comes on, or they give up and leave.

-If you don't have tp abilities and you see a griefer, take screenshots using F2. Be sure to leave the GUI up so we can see their name.
Write down your coordinates, also, what was, and how much was griefed.
Coordinated can be found using F3. You'll need to write down the X and Z values, you'll only need the Y value if the building in question is underground or up in the sky.

like chaos said not that big of a problem there's a hour or 2 where there's no staff online but usually a person vet, donator, or higher on to tp that person away from their grief, I've done that many of times, teleported a griefer to my build watched them destroy my things instead of other server creations. Yeah we have griefers we will always have griefers, but a staff member doesn't have to be on 24/7 to get those players with LB. Back in the day we had no LB or BB we had screenshots or notepad to write that persons name, that is why we have LB so a staff member(s) don't have to be on they can just look at the logs roll them back and fill out the paper work.

OK point taken now i'm getting tired of arguing. so it's annoying, but not so much that i need to complain about it. I get it.
