-Be at least Trusted rank
-Have been on the server at least 18 days.

But with 18 days you're getting nowhere, so it's probally a better idea after 2-4 months.

Now that you said that, the counting is over, vouches now only matter for the next promos, staff made their votes and now we just gotta wait.

And hope for the best I suppose. Your right.

Guys keep it to vouches you can bump maybe once every 3-4 days but you can't double vouch and mess around.

IMHO Vouches only really matter if you are a Veteran candidate because you have the people that vouched for you most likely on your side (unless they like the other candidate better). Truth be told, staff are the main ones that make the decision and just because they vouch for you, doesn't mean you will be candidate because they may think somebody deserves it better. Not trying to hate, js that you shouldn't be getting overexcited for the vouches.
