Contest for 55,000 coins

I will holding a building contest for everyone to have a chance to win my fortune. This will all take place on an island me, mhreynolds, and Dixi have been working on. We have applied for a warp, but for now you will need a TP. There are limited plots and the contest will be on a first come first serve basis. Im not allowing any staff to participate because Id like the coins to go to people who truly need it. The contest will be from today January 1st to January 8th. You have 1 week to work and perfect the house. When the contest is over the best houses will remain on the island for nice little decoration. Rules
1. You must build a medieval home.
2. Only allowed to use legit items and no spawned (not including kits)
3. Only allowed to build with Stone Brick, Smooth stone, any wool, glass, cobble, etc. (check the church for an example of the items)
4. You must leave a sign with your name on your plot or it wont be judged
5. You must build within the outline provided (11x11 or 15x15)
6. No assistance from others! This includes no World Edit or Spawning for others
7. No tampering with others work you sneaky little devils. Any griefing will result in a disqualification

Prizes
1st. 35,000 coins
2nd. 12,000 coins
3rd. 5,000 coins
Everyone gets 200-300 coins for participating.

When you say kits I take it it's just tools? Otherwise Artisans and Trusted+ would have a huge advantage.

im not going to do it i cant build without spawned materials lol
so im NOT ENTERING

Then I took it down and actually started making a Medeival house.

Everyone please keep in mind that you are building a home! I will leave signs to show you anything that is wrong with your project and you will have plenty of time to correct it. Also im not allowing the spawn of any kits (excluding ironkits) because with 1 week to collect materials there should be no problems!
