Reason you were banned: Griefing, apparently

Reason you believe you should be unbanned: I respect this server enough to not grief it. Also, I recently recovered my account and have not played since before this alleged "griefing "incident. I believe that I may have been hacked due to the fact that my password was changed without my doing.

Lol. You're part of the hundreds of other people that have said this. Sorry, but your account is your account, and you have griefed. Log Block does not lie. Even if YOU weren't in control of your account, it was still your account which has to face the repercussions.

If you feel your account has been comprised you should change the password immediately. Also, never give out any account information to anyone. Ever.
