Lots of convicted playres....

If I'm not mistaken, today and yesterday, the server was filled with griefers, is this normal? Because I hope this doesent happen again, and its tough to filter through the bad players without a whitelist. Our whitelist is down, as far as I know, and I think that re-initiating the white-list may be affective in filtering through the bad players just a little more than normal. The white-list has a use, and we have a staffing team that can (Hopefully) handle it if we allow it to come back. So, as a respected member of our large-ish minecraft community, I request that our white-list become re-initiated.

The whitelist kills the server population. It's not worth it, with LB the staff can rollback any actions a griefer has ever done. So it's not like they aren't getting caught and banned.

After 1.8, something happened to banned players...

I keep seeing old banned players getting back online, even if their Time Banned was permanent. I don't know what's happening.

As broad said, Whitelist kills the number of new people we get.
Unless we were like constantly top 5 on Minestatus, WL would do more harm than good..
Our current staff seem to be on top of everything as of lately. So no real worries about that.
Just remember, it takes them quite some time to grief, and only 5 seconds to ban and roll them back.

I see old dead people but not old banned players.

We appreciate the concern but with LB it's pretty well under control and whenever we initiate a whitelist it pretty much stops almost all income of new players unless we're highly ranked on server listings.
