Agreed you fool. Anyways, I don't think the staff can ban people if they're offline, I might be wrong though. Just a shot in the dark.

Guides can't, mods and admins can.

It's a bug, we have no idea what causes it. But yes, guides are unable to ban offline people.

i scrolled through the list of convicted players and did not see my name.

if we dont know why he was banned and theres no forum, shouldn't he be unbanned?

It all depends on who banned him.
