Computer Halp!!!

Recently, as some of you know, I have built my own machine. It's running great, however whenever I run a game that has trouble loading or has long loading times (TF2), The game usually poops out on me. Occasionally I'll get a GREAT game in, but it's just not worth it if I can't play a game like normal. I've heard that my graphics card is pre-overclocked. Is this my main problem?

Specs:
Diamond Radeon 6870 Graphics card.
ASUS iROG Crosshair IV Formula motherboard
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition
Liek 5 fans. Varying in size. 80mm - 200mm

Guys I really need help right now. c'mon, somebody has got to know what has happened

TF2 has always been like that, no matter what computer. At least for me and my friends. But yeah, I understand how it feels to have to wait so long for TF2 to load, and even worse, when it crashes frequently after matches.

Your computer seems fine for TF2.. assuming everything is slotted in correctly.. i don't play TF2, but have heard that it does randomly crash on people.

Yeah like everyone above me has said. Your computer is just fine for TF2, but the game itself can be unreliable at times. Just keep waiting and trying, it'll be ready eventually lol. :D

I have similiar problems with my pc, i tried to fix it somehow but i already gave it up. If you will find solution, let me know it.;)

OK so open up your steam log in, etc... Go into your library. Right click Team Fortress 2, click properties, and Set launch options

Now, assuming you have x64 AND assuming you have a 60hz monitor (if you don't just replace 'refresh 60' with whatever your refresh rate is), type all of this in

-novid -console -32bit -refresh 60 -d3d -heapsize 3145728

That will most likely fix your game :)

Running the game in windowed mode fixed my crashing issues

Its still happeneing. But now I get this whenever playing Red Faction Armageddon: "AMD Driver has stopped responding and has recovered." It's pretty fucking annoying.

Any idea? I fixed the TF2 Problem tho. Thanks final
