Three or so months now
How often do you plan on being on THIS server?: Yes

Why do you deserve Guide status? What sets you apart from the other players and would make you a good part of the staff?:
I'm a generally helpful guy who is somewhat knowledgeable about the details of minecraft.
As a staff member I feel I could maintain and improve the reputation of Oasis' moderation team and keep the server running smoothly and fairly. I posted and spoke much support for the implementation of big brother and have been impartial on many cases of griefing in which I or a friend had personal stake. I have a knack for being objective in what should be very personal cases and I feel that will help me be a fair and honest mod. I have spent a fair amount of time on the server helping with projects such as the wool room under spwan and shaping the uss nova. As I type this I am in the middle of redstoning lights and doors for IFeedtheTroll in the monochrome district.
Overall I think I would make a great guide.
