why do you deserve a warp?

i think that i deserve a warp becuase i have noticed that there is no place for new players or old players to stay when they are taking a rest away from the build or grinding and a place to general stay so i decided to make a hotel for everyone to come and relax.or start a fresh as most people know i am very active and will insure that the hotel will be kept very well and maintence on the hotel will be managed.
i hope that this gets accepted as this will help everyone relax or come here and stay if there new.

Warp app denied. This hotel needs way more development before it can be considered for a warp. Hotels usually have at least rooms and beds for people to stay in.
