Proposed name of warp: /warp wepple

Coordinates of warp with no commas or other characters (E.g. "-1248 68 345"): 975 64 2552

Why do you deserve a warp?: I want to make a town where it is controlled by the players. No buying houses, build your own,  also it's not ran by anyone. Exept for a few rules.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: It is not needed to be ready it is made by the people.

A town still must have a public rule board, an identifiable owner and infrastructure such as path ways and lighting to prevent mob spawning. There should also be some sort of structures to offer shelter or amenities for players.

Right now the area seems to be more of a personal base. When the area meets the above requirements, please respond.
