Why do you deserve a warp?:
This is a place for people to come together and just fish. Something that is calming for me, so I though others might like it as well.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?:
Everything is ready to be fished upon!  

p.s. there are actual fish in the pond :D
