Why do you deserve a warp?: I deserve a warp because I have worked hard on this town and its has 5 residents that would like to be able to warp there rather than needing a tp.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: It has a ruleboard, some famrs, and an inn for new players to get started.
