If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?:
Spawn building, mine, minishops, small farms, and the villager trading post are done. About a dozen housing plots are laid out so far. There are 20x20 plots for small builds, and large plots following the land for bigger bases. Town is well lit. Roads & parks Soon[tm] and some other projects planned.
