Whiskey_Pete's Ban Appeal

Reason you were banned:They said I was griefing a spleef arena, but I thought we were spleefing.

Reason you believe you should be unbanned: I really like this server. I just made a huge home that I planned to give away. I was also planning to donate. I don't think i was being treated fairly. Everyone who had to do with banning me ganged up on me, and anyone new looking at it saw that most of the banning people were adults, and I'm only 13, and everyone else who read my case already had it in her head that I was a griefer. I was about to build an entire town for Oasis, and me and my friends love this server, and they don't wanna have to change servers. I want to put any immaturity or insults and the past, and handle this respectfully and responsibly. I will not make any insults or fight IF i am treated fairly, and the same as anyone else. When you read this, don't be one-sided and only look for reasons to ban me. Look for the parts of MY SIDE of the story that help my case. You can look at the whole story on the topic with the title: Whiskey Pete. It's locked, however, and I do not know if locked topics disappear.

If I have done anything bad, please tell me what it is so that IF I get unbanned, I know what I did wrong.

If I know why I'm banned, I will leave with respect as long as I know what I did wrong. The last time I was online was about at 12:30 (Eastern) time and I could not login since. I would like a respectful response relatively soon. I will go with dignity if the ban is not appeal-able.

I'm not trying to be pushy. But please give Whiskey_Pete another chance. He doesn't usually lie and I think he honestly thought he was spleefing. Sometimes his brother uses his account, but not usually. It might have been Whiskey's brother, but it probably wasn't. If it was Whiskey_Pete, he loves minecraft, and this is honestly the best server we've ever found. It's awesome how your skills level up, and you can warp, or do /sethome. The coins and shop systems are awesome too. I'm not just saying this to kiss your butts, but minecraft honestly wouldn't be the same without oasis. I'm done speaking of this case directly in minecraft, but I will try to defend him the best I can without being annoying. Please, respectfully view both sides of the story and give him a chance.

Dude.... They told you what you were doing wrong several times, Even in the screen shots I believe it was something like:

Nova: There was no actual game going on when you were asked to stop

You: who CARES JUST USE ADMIN POWERS (Completely unnecessary caps but it's just a quote)

Nova: Not the point

You: WELL

Nova: Disrespected the server rules and fellow members.

Carniver08: Learn to stop when told

Nova: (Something about roflmachines skin... Completely off topic)

You: LEARN TO STOP YOUR MOM

So you knew exactly what you were doing wrong, And you've proven your maturity (Sarcasm) One of the main things looked for in Oasis members. It's a closed topic but all the proof against you is Right Here

I hate to see Oasis lose a member, But it's better than having a player breaking all of the rules.

Oh and before you start ranting about being bullied by adults, I'm 15.

Agreed with Econ, i was there too...

I remenber when Whiskey got in the server and a Mod kicked him because he was using Flint and Steel.

Well here's the problem:

1. Whiskey knew his match was over, I even announced it in the chat.

2. He claims he doesn't know how to spleef but in the screenies you can clearly see him say "I LIVE TO SPLEEF"

3. We did see both sides of the story, which is why he is banned right now.

Also I support the ban. Was there when this went and was judging all the spleef matches going on.

I'm very sorry. No more excuses. If i'm unbanned i will donate, i was going to anyways. This is a really nice server and i would hugely appreciate a second chance. I just want to put this behind me, and be a helpful member of oasis. If i am given a second chance, and I do anything remotely bad, I will let myself be banned on sight, no questions asked. I'm so sorry, and will do anything necessary to help out on the server if i'm unbanned. Please just let me prove that i'm sorry and wont do wrong again. Strip me of my membership if you want, just let me play on oasis as a whitelisted player. Unban me, and have someone watching me at all times for a while, nothing bad will happen. If i'm unbanned I swear on my life i'll only do things that are helpful. I love oasis, if i didn't, I wouldn't be fighting so hard to get back on. I won't be any trouble if i'm allowed to play again, i swear it.

Anyway, seeing as how all the evidence points against you and your behavior on your other thread is horrible, I would say that you staying banned has my vouch.

ahem im 21 and okowi is 30 if he ever comes back, but i do remember coming after whiskey pete once before, aswell for flint and steel i only confiscated it though as a warning

he does have a brother. His brother doesn't often play on his account, which i clearly stated. I honestly am trying to ignore this topic from now on. I just dont care that much anymore.
