Ban Appeal Empty Ban Appeal

Hi I was banned in May 2015 on my account "Izaixh" and my name when I was banned was "7th_OG". I really cant remember why I was banned but that was four years ago. If i can get my ban appealed that would be great. Thank You.

Minecraft username: Izaixh

Mod/Admin who banned you: madscientist032

Reason you were banned: Modding or somthing

Reason you believe you should be unbanned: Because its been 4 years and I really like this server. I promise I wont do anything bad.

Hi, looks like you were banned back in 2015 by madscientist032. Here is the original ban thread. You need to use the correct appeal format in this ban appeal. You can click the "Edit" button on your post and add in the appeal format. The correct format is the following:

You're staying banned, not because of the lack of format but because you lied to us by stating "I promise I won't do anything" and then proceeded to log in with several alt accounts using a VPN AFTER we issued multiple IP bans for your account.
