Why do you deserve a warp?:
I think that I deserve a warp because of the dedication and effort put into the place. Each feature of the town is purposeful and was added with grace. I have so many ideas to make into a reality and forge this into something amazing.
If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?:
Aeriel Court will be an exclusive, private community. Several players have already contributed in the making of the town, whether it be donating supplies or helping out with a build.
Given that there won't be many members, it is definitely ready to be inhabited. Here are some images:

may I add, houses are being planned (to be built to purchase) also! to allow others to join later on without losing the aesthetic of the town!
