WE HAVE OFFICIALLY UPDATED TO 1.13.1!!!

Hello everyone!!

As you can tell by the title, we have FINALLY updated Oasis to Minecraft version 1.13.1!!
With the new update comes the following items:

• New map and spawn
  
• New warps
  
• Balance changes
  
• Plugin fixes/upgrades/changes

As a reminder, with every major version release and map update the following items were reset:

• Player Money
  
• Inventory
  
• McMMO ranks
  
• Experience

Once again I'd like to thank all the staff for their help internally, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to YOU the OASIS COMMUNITY for patiently waiting for us to update to 1.13!!!

Now, there will be a number of new bugs but that's part of the game. Please report any bugs you encounter in discord, under the #help-and-reports channel.
