Why do you deserve a warp?: It's really just a farm with animals and plants. I think it would be helpful for people who would need it. I know there are other types of warps like this but it wouldn't hurt to have another one. 

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: It's a farm warp, not quite a town, but it could be if I worked a bit more on it. It has a decent supply of all kinds of plants and animals. This is really just an area to get what you need easily; there's not much to it.
