Name of banned player: Hog02

Time/date banned: 11:23PM EST

Length of ban: Permanent, no appeal.

Reason banned: Constant harassment of players, offensive jokes, pushing buttons. This was tolerated for too long and the reasons may seem small but it has been going on and on. Do not even think about appealing, please find another server to do all these things on. 

EDIT: Forgot to mention, it was discussed beforehand.
