Why do you deserve a warp?: I deserve a warp because with the hype of 1.11 and the new shulker boxes that are completely amazing. I feel people should have a teleport to the end so that everyone can 1. Kill the dragon and 2: Get shulker shells for boxes. 

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?://////
